After several successfully completed residential construction projects in the neighboring district of Vienna Meidling, the property developer Rustler started with two in-house developments in Liesing. After the first project in Franz-Heider-Gasse 10 was recently handed over to the new owners after completion, the sale in Löwenthalgasse 23 took place even faster. The last apartment in the so-called “Twenty3” found its buyer six months before completion.

“The project also impressed our customers with the size of the building, since with a total of 14 apartments it is a comparatively small and easily manageable property for future residents,” says Rustler real estate agent Alissa Oppitzhauser about her experiences with the interested parties. In this way, the project fits perfectly into the partially rural-looking environment.

“Despite the location on the outskirts of the city, Liesing train station as a traffic junction and the Riverside shopping center can be reached in just three minutes on foot,” added the authorized signatory of the Rustler property developer, Alexandra Neumann-Hanns, to the customers’ motives for buying.
