After four successful residential projects in neighboring Meidling, Rustler developed the first own project in the district Liesing. From autumn 2019, a total of 20 privately financed condominiums and 11 underground parking spaces were built at Franz-Heider-Gasse 10 under the project brand “Liese im Glück. ”

With the completion, all apartments have been successfully exploited and handed over to the new owners. “The project fulfills many criteria that have become more important for those looking for accommodation, also due to Covid-19,” explains the managing director of the property developer Rustler, Markus Brandstätter. These include the increased desire for open spaces as well as the increasing demand in the outskirts and in Vienna’s southern suburbs.

Accordingly, all apartments in Franz-Heider-Gasse have loggias, terraces or balconies, the ground floor apartments also have their own gardens.
“The balancing act between a rural environment and urbanity has succeeded here. The proximity of the Liesing train station ensures very good transport connections, and a high quality of life is also achieved through the many surrounding leisure facilities and a diverse range of retail options”, says Rustler real estate agent Alissa Oppitzhauser about her experiences with those interested in apartments.
