Rustler would like to get even more young people interested in the real estate industry. An important pillar in this is the group’s apprenticeship offensive, which complements the established Rustler Academy, which primarily aims at the practice-oriented training and further education of employees.

Roman Urban, division manager in property management and himself a real estate agent apprentice, acts as an apprentice trainer in Vienna; two further trainers have already been defined. In Graz, real estate manager Jessica Polic is responsible for the training the apprentices.

“As part of our apprenticeship, we currently have four apprentices in training in Vienna and Graz, who we support in getting their careers off to the best possible start in the real estate sector,” reports the managing partner of the property management company Rustler Martin Troger.

Rustler has also had good experiences in the brokerage company. The former apprentice Timo Kohlweiss is currently celebrating his 10th company anniversary and has become the most successful broker for rental apartments in recent years.

With over 700 employees, the Rustler Group is one of the largest real estate service providers in Austria and Central Europe, and this year it was awarded as a “Great Place to Work” in Austria.
