Due to continuous growth and numerous new clients, the property management, real estate brokerage, and facility management divisions of our company in Styria have continued to expand in recent years.
The team at the Graz location already comprises over 35 employees and covers all property management services in Styria. We are now strengthening our management team with two new team leaders as an important step towards further optimizing and expanding our property management activities.
Philip Schamberger (38) is now taking over the management of the Rental Residential Properties division. Together with his team, he will be responsible for the management of all properties rented by Rustler in Styria. He previously worked as a property manager for well-known real estate companies. Among other things, he completed the qualification examinations for real estate trustees in the areas of property manager, broker, and property developer.
Paul Christoph Lindheim (33) is joining the Rustler management team with immediate effect as team leader for the Residential Ownership division. A native of Stuttgart, he moved to Graz 15 years ago, where he studied at Graz University of Technology and graduated with a degree in architecture.
