Günter Mischkulnig (61) has taken over as the new head of Rustler Immobilien’s Carinthian branch in Klagenfurt. The real estate service provider Rustler has been active in Carinthia for over 10 years, managing all types of properties, including administration, brokerage, and technical maintenance.
Born in Friesach and a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Mischkulnig brings more than 25 years of experience with renowned international real estate companies and well-known domestic property management firms.
“Being locally close to the properties and clients is essential to deliver high quality and speed in service and processing,” explains Mischkulnig. Additionally, all 20 employees are from the local area and are highly familiar with the regional conditions and the real estate market in Carinthia.
