In the 23rd district, at Löwenthalgasse 23, the “Twenty³” 2021 was completed. In this new construction project, 14 condominiums were created, with each apartment having open space. In addition, all standard floor apartments, which do not have a roof terrace or private gardens, have received a raised bed, which were filled at will.
