Flexible working models expanded

We were recognized as a “Great Place to Work” in 2021 and place particular emphasis on offering the greatest possible work flexibility. The decentralized working model provides the opportunity to work independently of location for one of our domestic sites.

In addition to an appealing home office model, which has been practiced for years and was already a fixed component before the Corona pandemic, we have now also created the possibility of being able to work for any Austrian branch regardless of residence or home province. For example, an employee can work for Vienna from Klagenfurt.
