Brokerage of condominiums in Klagenfurt

The provincial capital of Klagenfurt is looking ahead to an exciting future. The synergy potential of educational institutions, research centers and numerous innovative companies characterize the economic area and also provide additional impulses for the real estate industry.

Marketing recently started for 78 privately financed condominiums in an up-and-coming residential area in the Viktring district. For this project, which is marketed under the branding “Vitrino”, the brokerage team of Rustler Kärnten was commissioned together with the Klagenfurt brokerage firm Constant Real Estate Group to broker the condominiums.
