Rustler expands in Tyrol – new office location

The real estate service provider Rustler has been active in Tyrol with its own team since 2017 and looks after all types of properties in terms of management, brokerage and technical property management. The last two years have seen significant growth, not least due to the acquisition of a large real estate portfolio from an established management company on the Tyrolean market.

Due to the large number of new properties to be managed and the growth of the Rustler Tirol team, the branch has now relocated from a city center office to the direct outskirts of Innsbruck.

“The new, larger office now offers a breathtaking panoramic view and modern facilities with plenty of space and a pleasant working atmosphere for our employees,” reports Rustler Tirol site manager Gerhard Hauer. Thanks to the good transport links, the office is also quick and easy to reach, Hauer continues. The Rustler Tirol team currently comprises 15 employees.

“With this step, we are pleased to have created the basis for further expansion on the Tyrolean market and for the expansion of our local expertise, which covers all areas of real estate management,” adds Rustler shareholder Martin Troger.
