Since our founding in 1990, we have continuously developed into a nationwide real estate company. Today, we are among Austria’s most successful and high-performing real estate agencies, active in all areas of real estate brokerage and valuation.

Over the past decades, our growth has been driven not only by new mandates but above all by the dedication and expertise of our team, which currently includes around 60 employees across Austria.

The real estate market is currently facing major challenges such as changing market dynamics, sustainability requirements, and ongoing digitalization. We see these developments as valuable opportunities to further enhance our services and to support our clients and partners even more effectively.

The anniversary was not only an opportunity to reflect on the past 35 years, but also to look ahead: we aim to further strengthen our presence across Austria and to expand our valuation services in the coming years.
