Rustler reports full occupancy of ARE project “Wohnen und Gewerbehof” in Aspern

The Urban Lakeside Aspern has developed into a sought-after residential area in recent years. In particular, the new district scores with very good infrastructure and transport connections.

The brokerage firm of the Rustler Group has special market knowledge in the districts above the Danube due to its own location in the region. The project “Wohnen und Gewerbehof”, building lot 2 of ARE Austrian Real Estate with a total of 71 apartments and two commercial spaces is one of the most current projects in the quarter “Am Seebogen”.

“The rapid utilization here also clearly shows that a direct public transport connection via the subway is extremely sought after, especially by young, urban customers,” reports the site manager of Rustler Leopoldau Dino Mujic.

In designing the project, the client and HNP Architekten paid attention to a broad mix of one- to four-room apartments. All apartments have a balcony, a terrace or a garden. A large green inner courtyard rounds off the well thought-out concept. The required heating and cooling is generated directly on site by means of geothermal probes and an air heat exchanger. A truly sustainable project, as Arno Kunz, managing director of the commissioned brokerage firm von Rustler, confirms.
