For several years, the metropolitan area of Graz has recorded the strongest population growth in Austria in percentage terms. The resulting demand for residential and commercial real estate and the corresponding construction offensive are among the reasons why the real estate service provider Rustler has grown steadily in this dynamic environment and acts, among other things, as a sales partner for project developers and property companies.

Recently, the marketing launch for 201 privately financed rental apartments in urban, close proximity to the city center of Graz and the River Mur took place. Owner and client of the residential project in Rankengasse is the real estate asset and investment manager GalCap Europe.

For this project, which will be marketed under the branding “City Rivers”, the brokerage team of Rustler Steiermark was commissioned together with the Graz-based brokerage firm Genea Immobilien to broker the rental apartments.

“Graz is undergoing a positive change, for example, there are hardly any traditional location issues such as the supposedly “right” or “wrong” bank of the Mur. Gries and Lend in particular are good examples of up-and-coming residential locations that are highly sought-after by young, urban customers. We are therefore delighted to be working with Galcap on this exciting project,” reports the managing director of Rustler Immobilien Alexander Scheuch.
