Top rankings for Rustler in TheREAL100 under 40

TheREAL100under40 is considered one of the most important awards for young professionals and managers in the real estate industry. The initiative was launched by LEADERSNET Immobilien and covers the entire life cycle of a property – from valuation and financing to development, marketing, and operation.

With Paul Lindheim and Nicole Schlager, Rustler is represented in two key areas of the real estate sector. Paul Lindheim is responsible for Rustler’s Klagenfurt office, and Nicole Schlager has established herself as a proven expert in real estate valuation in recent years, making a significant contribution to the success of the valuation team in Vienna with her professional expertise.

Nicole Schlager was selected as one of the top 5 in TheREAL100 under 40 in the “Evaluation & Data” category and is now a brand ambassador for this area. Paul Lindheim made it into the top 10 in the “Operations” category.
