Topping-out Ceremony for Project in Oberlaa

As a property developer, we continue to be very active in Oberlaa. Our activities to date in the sought-after district of Favoriten have been extremely successful. The projects at August-Kronberger-Gasse 16 and Klederinger Strasse 42 have already been sold in their entirety. In total, more than 30 privately financed condominiums have already been created and the projects have been realized in close coordination with the district.

The final project of the Oberlaa trilogy at Unter-Laaer-Strasse 5 has now been topped out with the contracted trades and construction companies. Here, 24 condominiums are being built in two sections. The project is marketed under the branding “Living in the Naschgarten”. “Extensive open spaces, raised planting beds and Mediterranean plants support the feel-good factor,” reports our partner Markus Brandstätter. To date, more than 60 percent of the project has already been utilized, which is aimed at both singles and families due to the balanced mix of apartments.
