Professional cost management and the sustainable value retention of properties are the key requirements for our team of experts, for which Dragana Prvulovic (38) is responsible as the new team leader for residential property.
The engineer and graduate of the University of Vienna is an experienced property manager who can look back on many years of experience in property management at a well-known property management company before joining Rustler in 2017.
In addition to ongoing cost optimization in the residential complexes she manages, the management expert’s most important areas of responsibility also include the implementation of necessary measures to maintain and increase the value of the properties in the long term.
