Rustler relies on leadership quality – Multi-year process bears fruit

News | 10.04.2025

Positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented leadership has numerous effective effects on an organizational structure in terms of employee satisfaction, loyalty to the company, and the utilization of valuable potential, as scientific studies demonstrate.

As a real estate service provider, we initiated an intensive process around five years ago to evaluate and continuously improve the leadership quality of management in all business areas. The initiative and efforts have certainly paid off.

The multi-year process is being supported by the Ebner Team, a research and consulting firm specializing in business and organizational psychology with a particular focus on the methodology of “Positive Leadership.” Regular coaching sessions, workshops, and joint reflection on managers’ personal goals and actions support the management process.

“The steady improvement in the results of the surveys conducted in recent years not only demonstrates that employees feel comfortable in our company, but also that the measures we have derived from the evaluations and assessments of our employees are having a positive impact on our corporate culture, organizational structure, and our management skills,” said Michael Moshammer and Martin Troger, representing our shareholders in the Rustler Group.

An exceptionally high participation rate of over 80 percent in the assessment of management and leadership skills also indicates realistic feedback from employees. A comprehensive analysis of the results of the most recent survey in 2025 is already underway.
