Award – Rustler relies on apprenticeship training

For many years, we have been running initiatives to promote young talent in the real estate industry and support them in their training. In addition to cooperation with technical colleges and universities, which include mentoring, lectures and the supervision of scientific work, we focus on apprentice training.
The Rustler property management company has been certified as a training company by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce since 2019. “We currently have 9 apprentices working as part of our training company, with the aim of providing the best possible support to young talent as they enter the real estate industry,” says the managing director of our property management and apprentice trainer, Roman Urban.
In this context, we recently received the “Stars of Styria” award, which is given by the Chamber of Commerce for our commitment to training skilled workers.
“We are particularly proud of our employee in our Graz branch, Lara Tekic, who passed her final apprenticeship exam with distinction,” says our Rustler Steiermark site manager Georg Habersatter. “We would like to recognize special achievements,” adds Urban. That’s why all apprenticeship graduates with top marks get their Class B driving license paid by us.
