Rustler Reports Full Letting of Residential Development in Klagenfurt

We are pleased to announce the successful full letting of the residential project “Trivara” located in the south of Klagenfurt. The project, owned by Oberösterreichische Versicherung, was fully let within just six months.

Marketing commenced in summer 2025, and by the end of the year all 91 rental apartments had been fully leased. The handover of the apartments to the new residents was carried out jointly with our in-house property management team at Rustler. The letting process was managed by our brokerage team, acting as the appointed sales partner of the owner.
