Further success for Rustler in Meidling – “Sold out” in the Unit 28 project

Meidling has become an increasingly popular residential area in recent years. Especially the center of Meidling and the Längenfeldviertel are in focus here and score with apartment seekers with good infrastructure and transport connections.

The developer Rustler has many years of experience in Meidling and has already successfully completed several projects. For another project, which is currently in completion and is marketed under the branding “Unit 28”, the company now reports “Sold out”. It is thus already the third successful project in one and the same alley.

“At Rauchgasse 28, we are building a total of 19 condominiums by the end of the year, revitalizing the property’s beautiful old stock and adding a new building,” reports Rustler shareholder Markus Brandstätter.

“The well thought-out floor plans, a green façade as well as the sustainable energy supply were important arguments for the rapid sale of the apartments, and this in an economic environment that is anything but easy,” adds the managing director of Rustler’s brokerage company Arno Kunz, who is responsible for the exploitation of the apartments together with his team.
