New Team Leaders at Property Management

The ongoing optimization of processes and procedures is lived practice at our property management, which manifests itself, among other things, in the fact of the company’s ISO certification.

“Ultimately, our customers and business partners also benefit from the increase in efficiency and the simplification of decision-making processes,” explains the division manager of our accounting department at property management Michael Helm.

This is one of the reasons why a new trio of team leaders is now responsible for the activities of the property management accounting department and the personnel agendas of the respective teams.

Marie-Theres Rommer, Julia Janisch and Sabine Lemberger all have many years of experience with us as well as renowned domestic real estate companies and relevant expertise in property accounting and accounting.

“A current project of the new management team deals, for example, with the identification of activities that can be simplified through digitalization in order to continuously optimize processes,” Michael Helm continues.
