For the tenth time in a row, our property management and facility management teams were named the strongest brands at the prestigious Real Estate Brand Awards in Berlin. The property management team won the award in the “Property Manager Austria” category, and the property management team was named the strongest brand in the “Facility Manager Austria” category. The award is presented annually by the EUREB Institute to leading brands in the European real estate industry.
“A decade at the top is a tremendous success and a strong sign of sustainable recognition and development,” says a delighted Martin Troger, Managing Director of the property management team. “The high level of recognition is also reflected in the steadily increasing number of properties we manage throughout Austria.” Troger added that special thanks for this award go to our approximately 200 employees: “They are the face of the Rustler brand. They shape our quality and actively contribute to innovations, whether in the area of digitalization or pioneering working time models.”
With around 200 employees, Rustler Property Management is one of the leading real estate service providers in Austria and is currently celebrating its 90th anniversary.
Our facility management has been active in Austria for over 25 years and, with over 200 employees, is one of the leading service providers in facility management. The company manages properties in all facility management-related business areas, with a particular focus on technology-dominated areas. For two years now, IFM has also been intensively involved in the energy optimization of properties as part of a newly created division.
“We owe this consistent and strong reputation in the domestic real estate industry, on the one hand, to our competent employees, and on the other hand, to our nationwide presence at numerous locations in Austria, which ensures local support for our customers,” explained Managing Director Michael Moshammer at the awards ceremony in Berlin.
