Rustler commissioned by ERSTE Immobilien KAG – management of 22 properties

In the course of the call for tenders for the property management of the real estate portfolio of ERSTE Immobilien KAG in Austria, the property management company Rustler has now been selected as a strategic partner for this area and has been commissioned to look after around 120,000 square meters in six federal states. The new cooperation covers a total of 22 properties.

“In the case of these properties, we will certainly benefit from our Austria-wide presence, our extensive experience in the field of residential and commercial real estate as well as the uniformly high quality standards at all locations, which are manifested, among other things, in our ISO certification and our quality management,” says Managing Director Martin Troger, who is delighted about the new mandate and the cooperation with ERSTE Immobilien KAG.
