Rustler continues to be active in Liesing – “Calvi” residential project launched

The property developer Rustler has already successfully realized property development projects in Vienna’s 23rd district in recent years. Sales have just started for the developer’s latest residential project.
“The attractive mix of apartments and the direct connection to the U6 subway line characterize our new “Calvi” project in the Erlaa district, where a total of 23 privately financed condominiums are currently being built,” reports Rustler partner Markus Brandstätter. Five of the apartments have the character of terraced houses with correspondingly generous open spaces.
The sale of the apartments will be managed by the sales team of Rustler’s real estate agency, which has also been involved in previous projects in the district. Interested customers can get an impression of the “Calvi” project on the corresponding website www.calvi.at.
“We are convinced that Liesing will continue to be one of the up-and-coming and growing districts, and that the demand for living space, especially in locations on the outskirts of the city, will continue to exist in the future,” adds Arno Kunz, Managing Director of the real estate agency.
