Following the successful completion of several residential construction projects in the Liesing district, Rustler Bauträger is now starting to market its next residential construction project at Perfektastrasse 14-16 in Vienna’s Liesing district.
With just under 118,000 inhabitants, Liesing is one of the fastest growing districts, with a comparatively low population density of only around 3,600 people per square kilometer. Together with its public transport connections and proximity to the green surroundings of Vienna, this makes it an ideal environment for families and sports enthusiasts.
A total of 32 apartments with corresponding open spaces and a living area of 47 to 97 m² offer high quality living at an affordable price. “When designing the open spaces and built-up areas, great care was taken to create as much living quality as possible in this still sparsely populated district,” reports our partner Markus Brandstätter.
