Rustler relies on suggestions for improvement – employees actively participate

We have been implementing targeted initiatives for many years to collect and further develop suggestions and proposals for optimizing our procedures, processes, and structures.
“At Rustler, improvements are not left to chance; they are actively developed within the company. With an internal suggestion system, all employees in our group have the opportunity to actively contribute to innovations,” explains Martin Troger, Partner of the Rustler Group and Managing Director of Property Management.
Employee suggestions are reviewed weekly for feasibility and relevance. Any suggestions that prove practical are implemented accordingly. The current processing status can be viewed at any time using a dedicated tool.
As a token of appreciation, every person whose suggestion is rated “good,” regardless of whether it is implemented, receives a voucher. In addition, the three best suggestions receive special recognition once a year. The selection is made by the company’s internal Quality Management and Management. Our employees receive bonuses of up to €999 and up to three additional vacation days.
