Welcome to our new Digitalisation Manager

We are pleased to welcome Helmut Bayerl as the new Digitalisation Manager at the Rustler Group.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he brings extensive expertise and long-standing leadership skills – particularly in the areas of project and innovation management as well as digital transformation.

Most recently, Helmut Bayerl served as Procurist and Head of Property Management for an international corporation in Austria, where he was responsible for driving strategic digitalisation. As a licensed real estate trustee, certified real estate manager, construction and real estate mediator, certified climate manager, trainer, and MBA graduate in business management, he combines practical, technical and strategic know-how.

At Rustler, he will play a key role in further developing our digital strategy. This includes the digitalisation of core areas, innovation management, and the expansion of specialised services for owners of commercial properties.
