Our facility management team, with nearly 200 employees, ranks among the leading service providers in this field in Austria, managing properties across all facility management-related business sectors, with a particular focus on technically oriented areas.

“The continuous expansion in the domestic real estate market would not be possible without our dedicated and competent employees who represent our company,” explain Managing Directors Michael Moshammer and Guido Pfeifer.

For this reason, we worked closely with our employees over several months, engaging in workshops to develop ideas for further enhancing workplace satisfaction and comfort, while taking innovative steps forward.

“During these discussions, a strong interest and desire emerged for the option of an additional week of vacation,” according to the managing directors. This new benefit will serve as another important piece in the mosaic of employee satisfaction, complementing the already very flexible working time models that we currently offer.

The new vacation model will come into effect at the beginning of next year, with prorated options available for employees who join the company partway through the year. Tailored solutions for part-time employees complete the overall package.
