With almost 200 employees, our Facility Management is one of the leading service providers in this area in Austria and looks after real estate in all facility management-related business areas, with a special focus on technically dominated areas.
“The continuous expansion in the domestic real estate industry would not be possible without our committed and competent employees who represent our company,” explain managing directors Michael Moshammer and Guido Pfeifer.
For this very reason, we worked with the employees in a process lasting several months and in workshops to develop ideas to further increase the feel-good factor and satisfaction in the company and to take innovative steps.
“The desire and interest in the possibility of another week of vacation quickly emerged,” say our two managing directors. This innovation is an important additional piece of the puzzle for the satisfaction of employees, for whom very flexible working time models have already been offered to date.
The vacation model will come into effect at the beginning of next year, and pro rata options will be offered to new employees joining the company during the year. Individual solutions for part-time employees round off the overall package.
