After a strong 2024 financial year, Rustler Mödling starts successfully in the first quarter of 2025

Our real estate team at Rustler Mödling can look back on a highly successful 2024 financial year. Despite challenging market conditions, we were able to further strengthen our market position in the south of Vienna and achieve impressive results.
Of particular note is the sale of all 34 condominiums in the “LaVie 7” project in just nine months after its marketing launch in May 2024. “The high-quality and elegantly furnished residential project, nestled in one of Mödling’s most charming residential districts, quickly found new owners,” reports Daniela Andre-Simonnet, our team leader at Rustler Mödling.
The market is also showing signs of dynamic growth in 2025. The rising demand for residential space in rural areas, combined with good transport links, is making the communities in Vienna’s southern suburbs even more desirable. Increased demand for single-family homes on the outskirts of Vienna is also particularly noticeable.
Our dedicated nine-person team from Mödling was able to significantly expand its offerings in all segments in the first quarter of the current financial year.
