Rustler cooperates with HANDLER – ground-breaking ceremony for residential project in Klagenfurt

Klagenfurt has an interesting and positive future ahead of it. The synergy potential of educational institutions, research centers and numerous innovative companies characterizes the region and also provides additional impetus for the real estate industry.
The HANDLER Group has just broken ground on a residential construction project in the Viktring district, which will comprise 78 privately financed condominiums as well as over 90 rental apartments. The condominiums will offer a wide range of floor plans with living areas of around 40 to 110 square meters as well as generous open spaces.
The sale of the condominiums, which will be marketed under the “Vitrino” brand, will be managed by the Rustler Kärnten real estate team together with the Klagenfurt real estate company Constant Real Estate Group as sales partner.
“We are developing high-quality and sustainable living space for an up-and-coming region,” explains Michael Leifert, Managing Director of HANDLER Immobilien GmbH. He sees the attractive surroundings in combination with the proximity to Klagenfurt city center as important assets of this project.
“Klagenfurt is undergoing positive change and will also benefit in terms of infrastructure from projects such as the Koralm Railway in the coming years. There is certainly a need for additional living space,” reports Alexander Scheuch, Managing Director of Rustler Immobilien.
