Rustler hands over latest residential construction project in Vienna Liesing

Liesing has become an increasingly popular residential area in recent years. Locations around Erlaaerstraße in particular score points with prospective buyers due to their good infrastructure and transport links.
The property developer Rustler can already point to many years of experience in Liesing and has successfully completed several projects in Vienna’s 23rd district. For the recently completed project, which is marketed under the branding “CALVI”, the company reports that it has handed over the first apartments to the new owners.
“An attractive mix of apartments, a sustainable energy supply and the direct connection to the U6 subway line characterize our current project in the Erlaa district,” says Rustler partner Markus Brandstätter, reporting on the demand that is definitely contrary to the industry trend.
