Start for part 3 of the Rustler Oberlaa trilogy

News | 23.02.2022

Property developer Rustler is extremely satisfied with its activities to date in the sought-after district of Favoriten. The first project of the trilogy in Oberlaa, which comprises three nearby residential projects, was sold out just a few weeks after the start of marketing. Following this already completed project at August-Kronberger-Gasse 16, the sale of the condominiums at Klederinger Strasse 42 is also well advanced.

„Reason enough to start now with our third project in Unter-Laaer-Strasse 5, also to be able to offer suitable properties for the many apartment seekers in Oberlaa,“ reports Rustler shareholder Markus Brandstätter. All considerations and steps are coordinated with the district, which relies on cautious growth, in harmony with the surrounding green oases, the company continues.

At Unter-Laaer-Strasse 5, 24 condominiums will be built in two sections by the fall of 2023. On offer as of now are 2- 4 room apartments with living spaces ranging from 37 to around 150 square meters. „Extensive open spaces, raised beds and Mediterranean plants support the feel-good factor in this project,“ tells the supervising Rustler real estate agent Timo Kohlweiss. Due to the balanced apartment mix, Rustler wants to appeal to both singles and families in the latest project.

News | 16.02.2022

In recent years, the developer Rustler has focused on the district of Ottakring in the development of residential projects. In particular, the district part Neulerchenfeld has developed into a sought-after residential area.

Rustler has already successfully implemented several projects in this part of the district, and with the “Musikhaus Ottakring” at Lindauergasse 17 has handed over the fifth residential project to date to future users. „The positive experience gained from customized project branding and cooperation with freelance artists is already being taken into account in further projects,“ explains Rustler shareholder Markus Brandstätter.

„We have a mix of investors, owner-occupiers and buyers from the provinces at Musikhaus Ottakring,“ reports Arno Kunz, managing director of Rustler’s brokerage firm. „All of the 42 apartments as well as one business premises were successfully sold even before the building shell was completed,“ adds Berend Jäger, the broker in charge.

Successful investment transactions at Rustler

News | 03.02.2022

In the last quarter of the past year, Rustler’s team of brokers was able to accompany and close several successful commercial and investment property transactions.

Among others, an apartment house in the city center of Graz and an apartment house in Vienna Landstraße, both privately owned, were successfully sold. Furthermore, a commercial property as well as a developer’s plot in Lower Austria were brokered by Rustler’s investment team. All of the above properties were placed with domestic investors and developers.

„Thanks to the streamlined and optimally structured process in the reception, support and exploitation of investment properties as well as developer properties, the properties could mostly be sold within a few weeks,“ says Arno Kunz, managing director of the brokerage firm, with satisfaction. „Cross-state cooperation at Rustler is becoming increasingly important in the investment sector, as many of our customers own properties in several federal states, and the search profiles of investors are also constantly expanding,“ adds co-managing director Alexander Scheuch.

With these mediations Rustler continues the successful support of investment objects at the domestic real estate market. For the current business year, significant personnel expansions are planned in this business segment in order to be able to shape further growth optimally, the two managing directors report further.
